Acceptance
By creating an account or using the Service you confirm that you are authorized to do so on behalf of your dealership and that you accept these Terms.
Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for safeguarding your credentials.
Accounts
Accounts are provisioned for authorized dealership personnel. Sharing credentials is prohibited. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a security risk.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or to the Service.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dealer Acumen LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Dealer Acumen LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
